Five posts ago, this blog gave a bit of details about how KAGUM Social Responsibility, KAGUM Hotels’ way to repay the community and the general public, gave a helping hand to the less fortunate children of Sindang Panon Elementary School in Banjaran. We are happy to report that the program has been carried out very successfully, and has become one very fine example of how KAGUM Social Responsibility can create a better environment for everyone.

The money for this project was generated from yet another public events created by KAGUM Hotels, Night Charity Bike. It was a fun bike-riding adventure across Bandung’s streets done during night-time: of course, that event was a smashing success too. Our blog talked about it a little here.

Of course, the helping hand of KAGUM Social Responsibility will not just end with Sindang Panon. This social event is but of a small picture of what we have in mind to repay the general public for all its support towards our company, and we are most certainly excited to continue on giving. Wait for the next action from KAGUM Social Responsibility!

Our Africa Karaoke room is not hot (it’s air conditioned), it’s not stuffy (it’s spacious), and we can assure you, there are no wild lions here (only warm waitresses with a warm smile).

Let the fun karaoke adventure begins!

There is a famous saying amongst us Indonesians: “Tak kenal maka tak sayang”—roughly can be translated to “in order to care, one must first know.” Now, there is definitely some truth in that and as such, we would like to introduce to you in a series of posts the hotels under the management of KAGUM Hotels. We have done this before a long time ago, but a refresher should not hurt!

For the first part of this series of posts, we would like to put one of our most uniquely named hotels, Banana Inn Hotel & Spa Bandung, to the front.

We assure you, you will not find any other hotel in Bandung—and quite probably in anywhere as well—that uses Banana in its main name other than Banana Inn Hotel & Spa Bandung. But of course, Banana Inn does not only have its unique name to fend for itself.
